Awh thats great. First thing I would do is to go grocery shopping and stock up on fruits, veggies, eggs, low fat milk, oatmeal, natural pb, unsalted nuts, and greek yogurt. Instead of eating chips for a snack, eat an apple and some nuts. It’s really all about choices. Obviously don’t deprive yourself, but know when to indulge and when not too! For working out, just try different things until you find something you like. Jump rope, running, weight lifting, soccer, basket ball..etc. I would aim for 4 days of exercise a week even if it’s just 20 minutes. Something is better than nothing. Also don’t kick yourself if you fall off track for a little bit..it takes time!
