For the past three and a half years I’ve been struggling with an eating disorder. I would “recover” relapse and repeat. The past year I have been semi-recovered. I still don’t have my period. I have recently been reading about quasi recovery which would describe my situation. They say the only way to over come this is to stop exercising and start eating 3000 calories to fully restore my body and get my period back. It’s worth a shot to me because I need to get my period back and clearly what I have been doing isn’t working!
