Tomorrow it’s my senior dinner for the play. Our director takes all the seniors out for dinner. I’m kind of nervous because I have no control over what we eat. It’s family style and she already ordered everything. I checked the menu and almost everything is packed with calories. !@#$%^&*&^%$

Today after school I lifted for like 40 minutes. Then around 8 I went and ran two miles in exactly 15:30. I wasn’t going for time. /
I don’t really feel like writing everything I had so heres the total.. 1821cals, 130g protein, 62g fat, 196g carbs

Today has been boring. After school I did the insanity fit test and I am going to run a mile later. I have play practice now. Two weeks from Thursday until our first show night :o

French Toast
Made my spin on french toast this morning :)
- 2 slices of Smart Wheat Wonder bread (100) - 2 Egg whites (35) - Sugar Free Syrup Hungry Jack (15) - Cinnamon - Splash of milk (15) - Total = 165 cals!

It’s so easy for me to under eat. Now that I’m cutting I just want to stop eating at 1500 calories. I know I cannot do that. I need to start slow and reduce my calories slow. Fight off the ED!!!
