Tomorrow it’s my senior dinner for the play. Our director takes all the seniors out for dinner. I’m kind of nervous because I have no control over what we eat. It’s family style and she already ordered everything. I checked the menu and almost everything is packed with calories. !@#$%^&*&^%$

Intake and workout 2/29
Today after school I lifted for like 40 minutes. Then around 8 I went and ran two miles in exactly 15:30. I wasn’t going for time. / I don’t really feel like writing everything I had so heres the total.. 1821cals, 130g protein, 62g fat, 196g carbs
