I've been REALLY struggling with binge eating lately. :/ any suggestions?? I need some help...

Sorry I got to this so late! Try eating smaller meals throughout the day to keep you satisfied. Drink lots of water. When you feel the need to binge just breathe. Drink a glass of water and take a portion of what you want to eat. Talk yourself through the urge!
 I don’t know much about binge eating but I hope this helps!

Last night I had sour cream pound cake and ice cream and it was the most amazing thing I’ve ever tasted!

What protein powder do you reccomend, if I want to just add a little protein to my smoothies. I want something not overly priced but also not alot of preservatives.

I just use GNC protein powder! I’m not sure about the ingredients, but you can usually find protein powder for good prices there.

I was so unhealthy in the first picture, mentally and physically. I feel like a completely different person.

Tanned outside for a little bit today. Love how  I look and I how I feel. <3 

Intake

Breakfast- chocolate smoothie with whipped cream, animal cracjers

Snack-green yogurt with dry cereal

Lunch- Turkey and cheese, veggie chips, port wine cheese and an apple with peanut butter 

Dinner— One slice of pizza and some fries

Snack- Soft serve in a cup

We are 5’1-5’2 ish . I think I am a tiny bit taller but not enough to really notice.

If you don't mind answering...how much do you weigh now? Are you still getting your period? Whats your workout routine look like?

I weigh 114lbs. I’m still getting my period. I haven’t worked out in about a week…but I usually lift a few times a week for 30-40 minutes and run like 1-2x a week.  I eat whatever I want and don’t count calories. 

Chocolate Protein Smoothie

1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
1-2 cups of ice (depends on how thick you like it)
1/2-3/4c milk
2 spoonfuls of cottage cheese
2 spoonfuls of coco powder
Splash of coffee
Squirt of chocolate syrup
Blend until smooth and top with more choc syrup and some whipped cream :)

You have to play with it a little bit. The first time you make it, it probably won’t be that good but once you figure it out, they will start tasting amazing! You can also add banana or peanut butter or anything else! 

Chocolate smoothie for breakfast! Yum, I’ve missed these so much!


When I was watching your photos I saw "Dinner at The Cheesecake Factory!", so it is real?? The cheesecake factory really exist as in the big bang theory?? :) Sorry for my weird question. I am just discovering your blog and I love it, I would love study nutrition as well ^^

Breakfast. Pb and fluff sandwich with coffee :)

I pulled out a C for pre calc. I cannot tell you how exited I am. I had a low D average in that class before the final but I studied my ass off. 

I have my last exam at 4 which I’ve been studying for like crazy. After that my mom will be here and we are moving everything out! Then on the way out we are stopping at my work so I can get my paycheck and some congratulatory froyo! 

Bye bye freshman year! I’ve changed and grew so much and I am so thankful. This year has been hard but amazing and I am sad to see it come to an end, however, I am looking forward to summer! Woo hoo!
